These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the c8gpt platform and all its services. When you create an account on c8gpt, access it, or use the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

• c8gpt may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the c8gpt support team as soon as you become aware of it. c8gpt will not be liable for any loss arising from negligence on your part.

2.2 Account Closure

c8gpt reserves the right to close or suspend any account with or without prior notice, particularly if a user is found to be involved in fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity harmful to the platform.

All financial transactions on the c8gpt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

3.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 10–45 minutes

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account verification (KYC) is complete and any bonus wagering requirements have been met. Every withdrawal request is reviewed and approved by the c8gpt team. Additional documents may be requested for security verification purposes.

c8gpt offers various types of bonuses and promotions. These offers are provided under specific conditions, and it is important to be aware of them.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds (৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000).

• The bonus must be used within a specified period from the date it is issued.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Certain restrictions may apply to specific games or bet types.
• Claiming a bonus more than once using the same account, IP address, or payment method is not allowed.

4.3 VIP Program

c8gpt's VIP program has four tiers. Through regular gameplay and active participation on the platform, a user can progressively advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

c8gpt reserves the right to change the VIP program's terms, cashback rates, and benefits at any time. Members will be notified in advance before any changes take effect.

c8gpt believes in fair play. All games on the platform are conducted impartially and equal opportunity is ensured for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or gaining an unfair advantage through dishonest means.
• Operating games using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse: collecting bonuses unfairly by using multiple accounts or colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, c8gpt has the right to immediately close the relevant account and take legal action where applicable. Accumulated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

All content on the c8gpt platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is owned by c8gpt or is properly licensed. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

The game software on the platform is owned by the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) and is operated under their own licensing agreements.

c8gpt continuously works to provide the highest quality of service on its platform. However, c8gpt's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a game or transaction is disrupted due to loss of internet connectivity or a technical fault.
• In the case of delays or issues caused by a third-party payment provider.
• In the case of issues related to the user's own device, software, or network.
